• Vehicle information (year, make, model)
• Service requested and appointment notes
• Review text, star rating, and optional photo

We do not collect payment information directly. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels.

Why We Collect It

• Booking requests — to schedule your appointment, contact you to confirm, and provide a quote.
• Reviews — to display approved customer feedback on our website with your permission.
• Email (optional) — to send you a booking confirmation if you choose to provide it.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Your data may pass through their systems:

• Google Firebase (Firestore & Storage) — stores booking requests, reviews, and uploaded photos. Data is stored in the United States. Firebase Privacy Policy

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

Data Retention

Booking and review data is retained as long as needed for business purposes (scheduling, customer history). If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we'll delete it within 7 days.
